April 1 – December 14 : $950 per night

December 15 – March 31 : $1100 per night

(Pricing may be outside these rates from time to time, correct rate will display based on date of the booking)

Minimum two night stay, three nights long weekends/peak times.

  • Two luxurious bedroom suites, which can sleep a maximum of 4 adults in two king size beds
  • Prospect Villa is not suitable for children under the age of 16
  • Prospect Villa is a pet-free zone as we have abundant wildlife near the property
  • A two night minimum stay applies

Prospect Villa has been designed to provide maximum comfort and enjoyment for its guests. As a result, strictly no more than 4 guests at a time can be accommodated. Security cameras monitor access – no parties or extra guests allowed at any time.

Terms & Conditions


When you book to stay at Prospect Villa, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Booking Policy, and terms
of use. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in penalty fees charged to the credit card on file.

 

Important Information


Prospect Villa accepts bookings for a maximum of 4 adults.
Prospect Villa is not suitable for children under 16 or pets.

 

Strictly NO party policy and
Strictly NO smoking.

 

The property is not to be used for any commercial reasons unless given written permission
(contact us for location hire pricing).

 

Minimum Stay


We request a minimum 2-night stay, 3 nights long weekends and peak times.

 

Payment Policy


A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation.
Balance Due 15 days prior.

 

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations received greater than 30 days from arrival date receive a 100% refund excluding credit card fees.
Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days from arrival date receive a 50% refund excluding credit card fees.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of the total booking price.

 

In the event that the accommodation or facilities are left in an unsatisfactory condition an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
In the event that, linen and/or towels are damaged, the total cost of replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.
In the event that the property or its contents are damaged a fee to cover the replacement of items will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

Check- in is after 3pm on your day of arrival.
Check-out is 11am on day of departure.

 

Tariff

$950 a night April 1 till December 14 – $1100 a night December 15 till March 31.
